Hello,
I have an action to play that would require the full consent of the
Taltherani player. I did an action last year to improve our relations and
it worked, but how can I determine that Taltheran is gonna help me on my
action: is it enough to explain you, Jason, how much it can be beneficial
for them ?
If it so tell me; if otherwise tell me how I can enlist a NPC country on
my side (it is for a trade operation not a war).
