** This action should be discussed first w/ the other players where you
wish to send construction crews. Setting up construction sites will
take time. A cheaper way would be to stay where you are and sell the
boats you build. You have expanded your facilities and developed an
excellent patrol system, so there has been good that has come out of
your actions. I believe if you stay the course, you will eventually be
successful in further developing your navy. **

** -1 K/M is vastly larger then Turunas **
** +/-1 - Aloria's reaction to these demands **

** -2+1+1-2-1 (0000) = -3 Keland/Northmarch returns the heads of the 3
merchant marines each sewn to the backside of a jackass. Included is a
short message, "While our navy is limited, our armies are vast. If you
choose to harass our shores we will squash Turunas like the small boil
it is and no one will even begin to care about a bunch of overblown
ragsellers. It is only our desire to maintain good relations w/ your
masters in Aloria that has stayed our hand up to now.
We are formally requesting from Aloria the heads of the all members of
the Council of Senn, their families and confiscation of their lands and
properties to be given to our people in return for your insults. You
rattle a few kettles like swords and threaten us. If you wish war, we
shall give you war."
An additional -1 to future relations w/ K/M.
PS - You might want to reconsider the action, although this could make
for an interesting plotline. **
