A question to GM:s of Qaiyore: how many players do you have (currently), 
and are there any openings?

Okay Lets see.
We have about 9 active. (Meaning thewy sent their actions in last year.)
and 4 who are still on the list but did not send in actions last year.

Yes their are a lot of opening.

[Qai] Burcancy Moves

I have most written I am drawing a bit of blank thinking of
bonuses/minuses for starting the Federation.  Any ideas are welcome.
