Actually, the Phoenyx converts properly-formatted HTML into text. The problem is, that particular application sends out defective HTML... there's no BODY tag, therefore the conversion assumes there's no body text. I'm not sure it's a Microsoft app; it doesn't identify itself in the header. Maybe it's Hotmail's own web-based sender, which might or might not be Microsoft.
