Can I have permission to use one of my actions along the following lines... A Mir librarian / archivist discovers (Or maybe just stumbles across) an anchient document discribing the meeting between Mir and Tora around 1500 years ago. I hope to use this to slowly start to break Tora issolation along with their surrent plan to break. To do this I would need to control just a single Mir librarian / archivist. Then, the actual action could either be the librarian stumbling across the document. Else I write a short story describing his finding the document and the events the document describes, then the action would be his trying to get the document noticed by others and his research into it. Else, some mixture of the 2... e.g. he finds a document that hints the may be more records in the depths of the Mir Libaries and archives, and thus the action is his research and attempts to find those documents. If you could let me know if this is acceptable, plus any information (or constraints) you would want added about the Libraries and archives, or indeed about anything that might turn up in this little thingimie.
