Sorry about the confusion. Since i am new to this i am confused in the action 
secquence? I used the summision form found on the Qaiyore site and mailed my 
proposal to M. Keaton. Though it seems it might have gotten mixed up let me 
Detail the axtion below for you.

in 1433 and consider the Terebuani as business as usual

achieves all of its desired results including the settling of the internal
disputes and peaceful co-existence amoung the clans.  (Feel free to expound
on this as you feel appropriate.)

Looked ok to me (although putting in the determinant and difficulty numbers
always helps).  Just remember, for the average year, you get 4 action.
