The attempts to clear the jungles growth over the ruined city of Torizzra has been slow but steady and the forest has been cleared and construction teams are prepered to make ready the essentials facilities in the city. Azron the Leader of the High Council is pleased with his plans to repopulate the old capital and vanquish the ghosts of the past that haunt the area. Besides that there is the practical need to move in population from the crowded cities in the east.
