It's a freeform method. If you'd like an example, take a look at the flora
and fauna of the Razanian coast on the website. It's an excellent job of
presenting that region. As for the average rainfall and climate, I'd use a
similar "real world" area for comparison and just be reasonable. Regarding
a resources list, it doesn't need to be approved first (unless there is
something really weird on it). Just post it when you have it ready.
On a somewhat related note: I'd like to finish the current year this week
so we can have the next one running across the Thanksgiving (US) holiday so,
if you haven't sent your actions in yet, please do so ASAP.

Subject: [Qai] Shadowlands [Zoo][Bot]
| Hi everyone. I am wondering what the climate is like in the
| Shadowlands average rain an temperatures during the year.Since I think
this
| might be a suitable approach to the subjects at hands. I would like to
know
| what is the steps to compiling a list of animals and plantlife native to
the
| shadowlands. M. K. is this a free form method to this or are there any
| limitations to what might not be acceptable? If anyone has any suggestions
for
| this approach i would like to hear them.Since i am in the process of
| constructing a settlement in the Shadowlands. I have decided that it is
| nessicary to have a list of available resources from which i might be able
to
| utilize.(for personal needs or even towards trade. If a compiled list can
be
| made does it need to be submitted first for approval first???
