Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

Well, at the end of the wait, I still don't have any more turns. Joel, I'm afraid that we may temporarily be out of people. What do you think, should we keep plugging on or perhaps consider something like a 3 month break?

Keaton,
We've already had just about a 3 month break. Didn't one or two people just write about joining? Have you written them directly? or any of the players not responding? We also need a more consistent schedule to keep them going.
The other way to go would be an active recruitment campaign. Hop on some of the other gaming lists/campaigns out there and mention the game and see what we get.
Either approach is going to take at least a little work, and a little more consistency. If the time is not available for the GM or whomever might want to take on this task then perhaps the game should go on hiatus until Jason or someone else wants to take up the ball. Seems a pity to let such a wonderful world and campaign go to rest.

I think we need a PR wrangler. One of the reasons I co-GMed with Jason was
because I don't have time or patience to hound recalcitrant players. (My
half the job was to be a safety net of consistency while we went through
primary GMs.) I'm a self-employed man married to a self-employed woman in a
nation at war. I have no salesman urge left in me at the end of the day. I
desperately WANT another GM or some help. Do you have any suggestions at to
who? Maybe someone frustrated with the lack of movement on the other
continent. Heck, if they can just get people to get turns in on a regular
basis and update the website, I can handle the rest.

Any volunteers? Please realize that if there are no volunteers, the game
will very probably come to an end. And since the Elyria game is also stuck
(no, I have not heard anything from Eric.), it is possible that we must
say goodbye to this list alltogether... I really recommend the double-GM
system. Handling all GM-related task alone is very big task, but with
another GM to share it, well, previously with Jason things worked very
well I think.
