[Cel] Kaeirean Activities

The Kaeirean Republic will be continuing in its revolutionary campaign against the Czarist regime in Taltheran.

The Information Secretariat continues to expand its currently passive influence throughout Kaeir and Taltheran (largely the Tirmar region).  Significantly, the Secretariat launches its first major operation to destabilise the Czarist regime in Tirmari region.

The Major Houses continue in their efforts to end Kaeir's diplomatic isolation in the Midsea, focusing on the Cedonian Republic, the Burcancy and Mir.  Lord Sanus sends an envoy to the Governor of Jabau, also.

And the Kaeirean Navy embarks on a naval siege of Port Tirmar.

Er... could you submit just a bit more detailed action
submissions. At the very least, I need to know for each action:
 - the number actions per ... action (double, extra, etc.)
 - the number of fudge points you want to use for each action

I can always make assumptions, but I'd rather know for sure.
