[Cel] [Admin] Fudge Points

Rather than awarding Fudge Points only for good writing, you might want to 
award them for anything that helps the GM.  Some people don't have writing 
ability, but are good with maps, others might be able to produce good information 
(about economics, say) that is useful but not entertaining.

Of course, if writing is the primary purpose of this groups there's no need 
to expand the use of Fudge Points, but I don't that from the site.

Oh, maps definetly. And economics. Well, anything goes. Except food. I'm 
can't be bribed with food
