Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. That's inevitable. Since the situation in the Dreaming is undefined, and
since the gods make so few appearance in the World, the only to way to
write is from the viewpoint of the religions. (Acknowledging, of
course, that this viewpoint is limited.)

Can't be defined without defining more about the situation in the
dreaming.

No necessarily. There are many interactions here:

God to God (How well a god personally gets along with another god)

Realm to Realm (How well a god's dreaming realm and organization gets
along with another god's realm and organization.)

Alliance (What sort of alliance of gods do the entities belong to.)

God to Church (What sort of intentions does the god have for its church.)

Church to Church (What are the relations between the churches of
different gods.)

Now the first three listed depend on the situation in the Dreaming,
which has not been defined. We can only work with the last two, which
are actually of lesser importance. That is to say, given the first three
we might be able to work out the nature of the last two, but the natures
of the last two don't say anything about the first three.
