Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

[Cel] [World] New Map

I've placed an updated map on the Phoenyx pages. It should be current as
of 1450. Changes reflected include the annexation of Vizinia by Cedonia,
the partial annexation of Tirmar by Kaeir, and the Kaeiran colony of
Rimrivertown.

If any tweaks or changes are needed, let me know.

[Cel] [World] New Map

Good stuff Andrew!

Only two missing names: the Holy City of Akbari (capital of the Shanari
Commonwealth, and centre of the Millati religion), in what was known as the
"Mountains of the Moon Warriors", in the Calarnar. The Shanari that
practice the Millati religion call the mountains the Central Mountains,
having abandoned the old cultic name for the range.

The second is the Kaeirean town of Crownsbane Keep (or Crownbane for short)
in the Northwest of the Kaeirean province of Tirmaeir.

As to tweaks... Kharouk I'Sin is probably no longer called that, considering
it was an enforced Sinari name.

And the Kaeireans call Tirmar "Tirmaeir".

Cheers,

Ibrahim

I've added Akbari & Crownbane, and I've also put in black borders as
visual aids. I've left Tirmar & Kharouk I'Sin as they were, the latter
because there's no record, as far as I know, of what that city used to
be called.

I'd sort of like to see Sedonia's internal borders. That is mark the borders
Vizinia, Selaria, Timar, and whatever else, but keep the same color for all.

In the wake of the troubles in Videssia, Tana should have expanded south, and
more on the coast than inland.

For the Free Cities, the areas given to Anaduan and Avatar are much too large.
Avatar might be best represented as a black (instead of red) spot and
Anaduan should cut off a little less to the north than it reaches to the
south. The territory claimed by Cormenaera should be much larger.

The mark indicating Junder is completely wrong. For colonial Junder, take the
existing border where it begins on the Gulf of Labru and extend it in a deep
arc northwest to the easternmost point where the coastline runs nearly due
east-west. For Junder Kingdom (which doesn't exist yet) draw the border from
near where the southern border of Celoa meets the river to the easternmost
point on the river above the word "AMOTRALL."

The map has been updated to reflect the suggested changes. Also, I've
indicated the boundaries of Cedonian-controlled Kasovia.

One oops.

I meant the east-west section under the "Oras" in "Isle of Orasaren."

(I like the way you indicated the secondary border.)

. I wish you had said that before. Strictly speaking, that
would make the border run more west-northwest than northwest. I won't
have time to make the change right away, but I'll get to it by the
weekend at the latest.

Actually, just go ahead and take out the northern border altogether. I've
decided to go ahead with establishing the Kingdom of Junder as a strategic
action starting in 1452.

Juuso, based on past actions this looks like Easy (+1) difficulty for each
stage, but I don't know how many stages should be required.

Ok. I'll leave the southern border as a dashed line until the strategic
action is completed.
