The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

[Cel] Mirrish Actions 1461

  Here are my actions.  If we could try and get action in with in the next week and a half so I could try to get the actions resoved I would appresiate that.  Thinking the 6th or 7th.

  Action 1: The Southern Expedition

   
  The Southern Expedition has the nessisary supplies, and has a few ships.  The first wave of ships will be sent out and down along the coast.  Their primary object will be to follow the coast until they can find a sutible harbor location near one of the locations on the map.  The Expeditions is to be extremely cautious.  They are taking five Sorcerers with directions to keep in contact with Mirabalpur.  The expedition is to see what potentials sits they find, and if it is safe to establish a small coastal enclave in preperations for next year.  If it is not yet safe the expedition is to stay to the ships and move locations every somemany days
   
  A second and third expedition will be preped for departer next year.  Most of the focus will be to get more ships so that it might be possible to set up a permant settlement along the southern coast.  Mir will offer some handsom rewards to the captians who will take this mission.
   
  The ancient map has been copied, and one of them sent with the first wave, the original is going to contiune to be studied this year.

  Mir will contiune to help with the Tanimbar war.  Still using the dragon Mir will uses it to try and find supply movements.  The Warmages and mages will contiune to uses there magics to gather information.

Action 1: Nations Hooking up

With the resent invasion of ice deamons in the Aixlendon Rhudyn will begin 
to ralley the people of the threat and use it to bring them closer.  They 
will use this to gain more millitarry support faster and to help build up 
fortifications in the northern cities.  The mages will continue to recrute 
and help build up the new branch of Tanan mages within the Tower.  The king 
will hold a large feast and invite all noble from Tana and Rhudyn.  At this 
feast there will be dancing, and gifts given to all.  He will also report on 
the progress of the combinding of the two nations.  This he hopes will be 
the final push needed to bond these two lands together in a political sense.

Rhduyn will continue to work on the roads and finishing touches of the 
highways and larger roads.  Ships will continue to transport the supplies to 
the ports for quicker access of materials for the ports and roads.  bonuses 
will be offered to the workers for the completion of goals of completion.

Action 3: Lions and tigers and Goblins ohh my!!!

With the recent goblin activity in Aixlendon Rhudyn is not taking chances.  
Mage Towers in the central Rhudyn-Tana will be used to watch the mountainsin 
case of goblin movement.  Troops will be moved to stategically placed 
outpsot throughout the border.  The mass troops will be moved during the 
night under cover of night and fog, fog created by the mages.  This will be 
done so that not even the people will know exactly how big the forces are.  
The king wants to keep this prperation as secret as possible.  The mountain 
men will be asked to find routes for mass troop movement through the 
moantains as well as set up small outpost throughout the range.  These 
outpost will have squads sent to them as soon as they are eastablished.  
supplies will be there for the army to use as they pass through. (the 
supplies wont happen until the very end of the year)
Word will also be sent to Mir and Milikanar to ask ask for possible 
assistance in the next year with a possible war againts the ice demons in 
Aixlendon.  Tanan troops will be treated just the same as Rhudyn troops they 
will be given the same responsibilieties, duties, and respect.
The herds of the Calvery will begin to move to the centeral border and to 
the north closer to the Aixlendon border.  They will do nothing to show 
force to Aixlendon and will keep as secret as possible.  Closer to the end 
of the year the light council will be asked to clear a path through the 
mountains not to make a road but an easier path pointed out by the mountain 
men.  They will improve this path making it easier for the the Army and 
calvery to move quickly through the range along with their supply trains, 
being resuplied with food, water and such at each outpost on the way.  The 
mage towers will keep an eye on these places at all times.  The navel forces 
will begin to prepare for not just troop transportation but also navel 
battels.  Military reaserchers will begin to work on a smaller type of 
catupult to put on shipsso that the navy can attack forts from long range.  
The king has made it clear to the Council and military leaders that he wants 
a force that can strike hard enough to crush anything as quickly as 
possible, and that is what he expects.  Rumors will be started within the 
communiteis of possible ice demon threat to gain support and even pressure 
to attack them befor they once again attack us.

Rhudyn actions 1462

Action 1-2: Coming together
Difficulty:Normal

The main focus this year is on military corrdination and political support 
in their nation.  The king will begin a whisper campaign throughout the land 
to pull the people into a stronger sense of patriotism.  He wants rumors of 
the streangth of Rhudyns forces to be passes around and the fact that Rhudyn 
brought the allaince together to break the last ice demon invasion.  He will 
use this to ensure backing of the population and also to get the word to the 
southern part of Aixlydon that Rhudyn is willing to give it's all to ensure 
the saftey of the population that not to long ago was a part of Rhudyn 
itself.  Banners will be hung in cities and the northern borders to show 
support againts those that fight the ice demons.  There will also be rumors 
started of the horror that the demons are bringing upon the land that they 
have taken over.  The mages will continue to recruit and work with the Tanan 
mage towers and learn about each other.

Action 3-4: Lions and tigers and Goblins ohh my part 2!!!

With forces in place and supplies comming from Mir and the aid in arms 
coming from Milikanar moral is high.   The outpost on the path through the 
mountains will be streangthened.  Th part closer to Aixlydon will be watched 
carefully by the scouts and mage towers.  The mages will  keep this part 
more natural as to not atract attention.  Trade ships will have scouts 
aboard to survey the coast line and keep track of Aixlydon forces.  The 
mountain men will be used to survey and tabs on all ice demon movement and 
forces.  The war will be watched very closely.  The navy will continue to 
steangthen their forces and technology.  Mostly this year is just more 
preperation and planing.

Yipes! I think that's the first time I've ever seen an action of Normal 
difficulty roll 4 -'s. The implications for Tanimbar could be dire.

[Cel] Mirrish Actions 1461

    "Our troops are tired."  Warlord Ria said as she pounded her fist against the table.  The Archamge and Council of Twelve were gathered in the Basilica of the Twelve.  in the center of the room between the half circle table of the council was an inlayed map of qaiyore.  Magical images were placed around the map.  A army was poised on Zelkor, troops along the Tanimbar border, and troops found deep within Tanimbar.
   
  The council looked over the reports that the Warlord had handed out to the council members, archmage, and attending goverment agents.
   
  "Moral is extremely low.  The men rutenlly get sick, no, nothing to series mostly food minor poisoning and bad bouts of the runs."  the Warlord contiuned.  "then add to the fact that Tanimbar is help muddling the water with Sedonia, and so the troops are spending more time in that dieses ridden county side then fighting.  The few raids we make against the goblins fail, and we have lost more men then nessisary.  For crying out loud some idiot let Somacratisa get screwed by Gahntomich.  Now our dragon is more intrested in her nest of eggs then the damned goblins.  The troops are complaining, and loudly.  The list could go on."
   
  The Archmage raised his hand.  The Warlord stopped talking as the Archmage came forward to look over the map.  He waived his hand and images appeared in Rhudyn.  "We have recieved a request to aid Rhudyn against the Ice Daemons in Aixelsydan."
   
  Ria opened her mouth but slamed it shut when the Archmage looked over at her.  He looked over at his son and then to Opozoya who sat in a throne on a balcony over looking the assemble.
   
  "I have already read the reports and talked with King Opozoya Villard and King Victor Athelari."  The Archmage said as he waived his hand and and line appeared from the troops in Tanimbar back to Mirabalpur.  "I accordance with the agreement of Mirabalpur, we will continue to provide supplies for the war, and keep one coutrie in Tanimbar for the goblin extermination, but as of this moment we will begin the removal of all other Mirrish troops from Tanimbar."  He pointed at Rhudyn, "We will provide the nessisary material resource against the Ice Daemons, and an advisor, and if at a latter time our troops are needed we will look once again at our situation."
   
  The Archmages voice resounded with finality.  He moved back to his seat and looked around the room and nodded to his son.  Niotrosa stood.
   
  "In acrodance with tradition the Council will now vote on the Archmages proposal."   As to be expected it was unanimous.

  Far to the south along the east coast a set group of five ships sat off the coast looking over the land as winter set in.  Along the shore was a natural harbor with a palasade build around a large section, as barracks were beging to go up.  Lord Asuada stood looking over the harbor from the Miracradsa they had been down for several months and had desided that not only would this be a good location for a settlement, but it was peaceful.
   
  "I think it must be that the Ice Daemons are to exhausted after their latest invasion."  Captian Olrand said next to Lord Asuada.
   
  "We can hope."  Lord Asuada said.
   
  "It is a beautiful location."  Captian Olrand said pointing to the mountian range in the distance.  Lord Asuada looked at the white peaks in the distance.  They saw a large shape dive from a rocky cliff.
   
  "In Mir you never understand the beauty of a mountian.  They truely are majestic."  Lord Asuada said looking over them an sighed.  He looked over at a sorcerer next to him.  "What about the next expedition?"
   
  "It will be here next year with more people."  The Sorcerer Yul said as he looked over the hills.  A set of dragon riders and breaders will join them.  They ask that we begin planning for the magical defence of the settlement."
   
  Lord Asuada looked over at the sit.  They had managed to find a sit close to dragons, with a good defencive harbor that could actually support a small city at a later date.
   
  "Let us go to shore."

The sit of Neasopur had walls built around its location to act as a protection.  Farms were planted and common house were raised.  This year much of the complex attention will be focused on stabalizing the farms.  Also a water storage system will be built for the long winter months.  More permanant buildings will be constructed.  Large barracks will be built this year to provided better shelter against the cold.
   
  The fourth fleet will be sent to the sit, as the ships from the first fleet return.  The fourth fleet will carry supplies, as well as a couple scholars who specialize in dragons.  Attempts will once again be made to survay the lands around the settlement.  attention will be paid to resources such as stones, and wood.  Attention will also be paid to see what information can be found about the wild dragons in the area.

  The vaults under the Library in Mir still holds the original plans for the Temple of the Divine Mothers.  Mir begins the process of makeing plans for the new building. *Results:* Neasopur is built on a promising site beside a good
natural harbor. The natives around the area prove to be friendly,
if somewhat primitive, and turn out to be a big help in getting
the community started. The construction work proves to be more
difficult than expected because of the lack of a good quarry.
The walls around Neasopur are only partly stone.

The scholars find only no traces of dragons in this area, but
the natives tell stories of them far to the south.

All Actions
   
  Rebuilding of Mirabalpur. (stratigic action)
   
  Earthquakes are not at all new to the city of Mirabalpur and like any other time the nessisary resources are pulled into dealing with the problem.
   
   
   
  As according the ancient plans laid out in the early stages of the realm a tent city is set up outside of the wall of Mirabalpur.  All citzens who's house were destroyed or are unlivable at the moment will be move out to the tents.  Prist and sorcerers will be sent out into the city to help with the injured and to help move people to safty as quickly as possible.
   
  The first part of the year is to be spent cleaning the city of rubble.  The main areas of consern will be the harbor and the warehouse districts, and along the river.
   
  Attempts will be made to salvage what resource can be rescued from the various buildings.  Mirabalpur's buildings style has been set by city law for centeries and so the nessisary resources are known, and the resources are being sent into the city from various parts of the Empire.  Mir also sends request to Burcancy, Tanimbar, the Eerith and Sedonia for aid in rebuilding.
   
  After the warehouse/harbor/river districts are cleaned rebuilding of thoughts vital buildings will begin.  Next will beging cleaning of major roads and houseing areas, and then rebuild thoughts areas to.
   
  The Palace and the University will be cleared of all rubble, but no attempt to fix will take place this year.  The university being a park like campus took damage, but the biggest problem in rebuilding will be restoreing the time consuming art and such.  The Ancient Section of the Palace of Sorcery was structurally untouched by the earthquake.  The Imperial section took the most damage, and while still structrually sound the building will still take years to restore to its former glory.
   
  The Sorcers, Priest, militia, and the dragons will be called out in full force to help with the clearing and rebuilding.  Mirabalpur will in the rebuilding contiune its current construction building standars, which hold updates for the latest building styles.
   
  Eubratosa will be moved against his will to the temple of Miracradsa in Puramyr.  It was said that there the goddess appeared to her first high Priest and the founder of the Celamyrsa line.  After it is discovered that he will no longer be able to walk Eubratosa will return to the capital to direct the restoration of the city.  He will return to the city not looking as a criple but riding the patriarch dragon's back, not surronded by imperial pomp and ceremony, but as father figure.

Actions 1 - 4: Peace
   
  Haveing worked out the a contract with Kaeir.  Mir during this time and after turns its attention to helping Milakanur.  They spend the action working with the Milakanur to help them see that war with Kaeir will be long and coastly and in the end will do more damage then good. Don't be too quick to resubmit--just because Mir accepted the treaty 
doesn't mean that Milakanur did.

How about this: If Milakanur doesn't accept the treaty, I resolve your 
actions as normal. If they do accept, I don't resolve any superseded 
actions, and instead use their slots as a bonus to the Shadowspawn action.

Action 1 & 2: Continue rebuilding the city (Stratigic)
   
  After last year minor earthquake, break out, and near war.  Mir once again turns a major aspect of its work on focusing on Mirabalpur.  Mir will focus on repairing the water systems and the makeing sure the sewage systems are repaired so that they will once again be up to pre earthquack standers.
   
  With suggestion for Sedonia, will go through the area's around the river and restrengthen the area with magic, and increasing parks in the area.
   
  The University and the Imperial wing of the Palace of Socerery will be contiuned in their reconstruction, as well as other buildings

  Actions 3 & 4: Contiune building up the colony.  (stratigic)
   
  the Mirrish coloy will contiune its efforts to increase in stability.  While its stable and now has the friendship of the locals.  Mir contiunes to encourage the friendships.  While haveing a better understanding of the natives They still as of yet don't push to learn more about the natives and there shapeshifitng way.  Mir just contiunes to make peaceful contacts.
   
  Mir also positions people to watch the dragons.  Learn there routine's learn were they rost and were there nests are.  No efforts will be taken to actually climb the mountian since when the time comes the uses of flight will just be employed.
   
  Also effort will be made to contiune to increase the colonies.  Even thought it is a colony the walls are to be strenghted so they can be part with any small city, and the city itself buildings are to be brought up to part with other mirrish cities else were.

Rebuilding continues, but there are some unforeseen setbacks. The 
quarries nearest to the
city are becoming depleted, and stone needs to be brought in from 
further. Additionally,
some legal issues are raised over who is responsible for the costs of 
rebuilding in some
privately owned, but publicly used buildings, such as the baths.

so far away.

As for Fudge points, I'd say you have 4 at this point.

Action One & Two: Mirabalpur
   
  Mir will contiune to focus upon the rebuilding of the towered city.  Focus will contiune to be given towards dealing with any issues of legal juristicstions.  Also effortst will be extended to the reenforcing both material and arcane wise of the troubled spots along the river.
   
  Difficutly: Normal
  Double action
   
   
  Action Three: The colony
   
  Mir once again will contiune to focus on the building of the colony, and the magical improvement of the farms.  Mir is hopeing to bring the settlement up to par with the cities of Midsea.  Also there will be contiuned work on the teleporting chamber in the city.  Again efforts will be exerted to observe and gathering information of the dragon tribes of the south.
   
  Difficulty: Normal
   
  Actions Three: The Temple of the Three Mothers
   
  Several years ago before the wars and turmoils of the last part of the decades Mir started to rebuild the temple of the Three mothers.  Once again the realm turns its attention back to the rebuilding of that ancient edifices.
   
  Needed materials are to once again be shipped in.  the city had some storage of them but they were sent to Mir in an effort to aid Mirabalpur's rebuilding.  Stone and resources are once again to be allocated to the temples.
   
  The land which was cleared has become less prepared for building.  So while materials are being moved it the ground will once again be prepared for the building that will soon rest on its grounds.
