Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

[Cel] Orders to the Zelkor Blockading Squadron

To Admiral gyo Inibar:
 
We have been informed that Tanimbar may attempt to resupply Zelkor by sea. Your orders are to first, maintain your fleet in being, and second, prevent the Tanimbari convoy from reaching the city. The survival of the fleet takes precedence over maintaining the blockade in this instance. You have full discretion as the commander on the scene in deciding whether or not to let the convoy pass.
 
In any event, even if the Tanimbari send supplies to Zelkor City, it may not matter in the end, given General Martros' plans to conclude the siege this year.
