This virus might be the W32/Bagle.aa@MM virus. It is reported to use 
the "Re: Thanks :)" subject.

(Network Associates Inc, aka McAfee).

Other viruses use a "Re: Thanks!" subject so it could be instead a 
mutated/new version of other viruses.
