Subject: Dice Copyrighted?

Is there an issue with others printing up Fudge dice to sell or is that just something that Ann is letting happen to increase the supply? How about stun dice like the Hero system with the sides (blank,1,1,1,1,2)?

The fudge dice are described in detail in the fudge rules, which may put them under OGL.

I seriously doubt they could be copyrighted.

Fudge Dice are not copyright-protected or trademarked or patented.

But generally it's cheaper to buy them from me than to have them made yourself (due to set-up costs).

I don't think you have anything to worry about there, Brett.

I'm just saddened at the ease with which people assume they have no rights, abilities, or priviledges to just about anything.
