With recent string of messages about how the standard 4df can (1 in 10?) chance or having an extreme success or failure (which I'm guessing is a long standing debate) I became curious about how that curve would change if each die only had

In defense of the players, however, I'll say that "obvious" is very easy in hindsight, and from the outside.

It appears not, though RFC 1437 could be extended and a new sub-type "hot-beverage-container" created.
