Hi all! My campaign is set in a "Roman Fantasy" background. There are plenty of sources about historical Rome, out there, but I was wondering: does anyone know an existing game setting of this type, on the net? You know, for sharing ideas and stuff... Sort of. The HarnWorld setting includes a nation called the Thardic Republic which is pseudo-Roman. A particularly good web resource for things Thardic can be found at: http://www.fortunecity.com/rivendell/stonekeep/310 Just fill off the serial numbers and replace them with SPQR. I Believe that the Talados supliment for TSR's Dragon Lance has a country called Thiatis based on Rome but w/Minotaurs ruling. I was warned about some of the modules.
