(KC) T-shirts

I'm wearing my nifty new Phoenyx Gathering T-shirt now; delivery
was prompt.

If you've never bought a CafePress shirt before, and it feels all
plasticky when you first get it, fear not: it softens right up after a
washing or two. Holds up really well, too... Carl has a t-shirt
version of "snow aNgel" (older wallpaper version at
http://silver.phoenyx.net/graphics/kc-angel.gif) that's been washed I-
dunno-how-many times and the colors haven't faded or cracked or
anything.

Sort-of. I got the shirt before the email saying the shirt was
shipped. However, I ordered "Expedited" (2 day) delivery and was
still over a week before I got it.

I think I'll run mine through at least once before packing it. Thanks
for the tp.

So, when's that one going to be a available?

Huh. Took less than week to get ours with regular delivery. I think it
took them two days to ship it.

Definitely... they're pretty nasty when brand-new, but as Karen said,
they are quite nice after being washed a few times.

Well, I did finally give Karen permission to sell that one. She's done
bits and pieces of art for me since we started dating way back. So when
she wants to take her gift to me and start selling it to other people...
well, I had to think about it. But, I do like to share my wife's art with
others, so I finally decided to do it. Just haven't set up a CafePress
store for it.

CafePress's setup is kind of weird... each store can have one of each
item, but only one. So if I want to do two basic t-shirts, say a
Gathering shirt and a generic shirt, I have to set up two whole stores.

In the long run, I plan to set up a page on our server that just points to
all the merchandise (they give useful tips for doing this) so I can
present one unified store-front with all the merchandise in it. But I
don't exactly have enough merchandise to make it really worthwhile yet.
