You have the PHB and DMG already. Go buy a Monster Manual for all the handy 
easy reference material. Then stop. You need nothing else. In fact, you 
really didn't even need the DMG. The PHB and MM are the only two books I 
use.

If you dig psionics, I've heard that the Psionicist's Handbook is pretty 
good. I don't use Psi in my D&D, so I haven't looked at it.

All of the other books I've seen are pretty well useless--especially if 
you're already into designing your own world and background material.
