> 1. What is the first RPG you ever played?
AD&D, back in 1979. Thanks to some hard-of-hearing dwarves it didn't last
very long.
> 2. What RPG do you currently play most often?
Big Eys, Small Mouth (I run an online camapign), the Tri-Stat version.
> 3. What is the best system you've played?
I really like FUDGE and amny of its variations (including the oens I
publish -- I can;t wait to sink my claws into Swrods & Spells). Tri-Stat,
HERO and Cartoon Action horu are also really good.
> 4. What is the best system you've run?
FUDGE. Surprisngly, HeartQuest works extremely well for Slayers games --
even better than the published systems do.
> 5. Would you consider yourself an: Elitist/ Min-Maxer/ Rules Lawyer?
No, I consder myself a story-based gamer.
> 6. If you could recommend a new RPG which would you recommend? Why?
Cartoon Action hour. it does its genre really, really well and plays really
nicely. just remember to stock up on d12s.
> 7. How often do you play?
I gamematser online twice a month and if I can get into a game at another
time I try to. I also run conevntion games. I gamemaster a lot more than i
play.
> 8. What sort of characters do you play? Leader? Follower? Comic Relief?
> Roll-Player/ Role-Player?
When i play, I tend to be a follower. I am definitely a Role-Player, and
will pass up my turn if it seems like my character would be too shocked by
a developemnt to act.
> 9. What is your favourite Genre for RPGs?
I like a lot of different egnres, but tend to ayhve an anime flavor in msot
of what i play or run.
> 10. What Genres have you played in?
You name it. I;ve done fantasy, science fiction, mecha, superheroes, just
about everything over the years.
> 11. Do you prefer to play or GM? Do you do both?
I prefer to GM, although i will play when the opproitunity arises.
> 12. Do you like religion in your games?
I like it mostly as part of the background.
> 13. Do you have taboo subjects in your games or is everything "fair game"?
Pretty much everything is 'fair game" in the games I run, icnluding
bisexual PCs.
> 14. Have you developed your own RPG before?
That;s how I try and earn a lviing, so yes.
> 15. Have you ever been published in the Gaming Industry? If so...what?
HeartQuest, the upcoming Kevin & Kell RPG, the Nw Visions line -- yes, I
ahve been published, for all the good it;s done me. 8^)
