Well, it don't rain but what it pours. This just in (IMuchCrazy@aol.com): The e-mail address I would like my group to have is :GmDngn@phoenyx.net My groups description is Comedic/Fantasy RPG. Longer description : (The Punchline) To start out, there is a cast of 6 characters (with the addition of more along the way). These six "chosen ones" are to represent Chincha (land of mischeif and fantasy) in finding warriors for the Chinchian Army (b/c most of the other army was killed in the last battle either from powerful swords or death-by-magic). It is vital that they find at least 40 new warriors for the Chinchian army before the Gorgian Empire and their sorcerer attack and kill all the Chinchians (what is left of them). While searching for warriors, the six "chosen ones" run into problems and get themselfs into some mischeif also. It is a hilarious, yet full of action, tale. Unfortuntly, the only PBeM experience I have had was being a lurker, although I have 6 years of RPG experience. I play RPG in chat rooms and with instant messages. My friends and I also write RP stories (aka fanfics). I seriously hope you concider this b/c I am really looking forward to doing something EXTREMELY fun and cool like this. -- Karen J. Got a request (the first since I reopened for submissions) from "Steve Almond": >the email address you'd like your group to have (short and easy!) Red_Snow@phoenyx.net >the short description of your group (e.g. Xyz PBeM RPG) Gothic WFRP PBeM RPG >the longer paragraph description of your game - the "back cover blurb" "Winter's fallen early on the hills surrounding Tents, the shanty town that sprung up around the Verholm Mine. The cold's forced the Mountain Goblin tribes down into the valley, but something's stalking the snowy slopes, preventing the raiders from reaching the town or escaping to warn their kin. As supplies run low, it soon becomes clear that no simple beast roams the hills. What is protecting the town? Who is the Mute Lady, and why is the Merchant so desperate to have her escorted away? What is the significance of the Carved Stones at the bottom of Pit 13? Where is the sound of digging coming from? Will spring come in time?" >a brief resume of your PBeM experience (player or GM) I've been GMing for the last ten years or so and playing (on and off) for as long. I've no experience of GMing a PBeM but I've been lurking in three or four games for the last two years. -- Karen J.
