In theory, that should mean nothing has happened on the list since August 30. If there's nothing in the status report section, the rest of it doesn't print. Yes - it's been a bit slow lately, but there were two posts on August 31 (one of them may show up as September 1), one on September 4, and one on September 9. There was also a spam-initiated moderation request on September 5. Don't know if it's related, but about the same time the status reports quit, I also stopped getting delivery failure messages about one of my lurkers; they were the ones reporting a case-sensitive problem with the address which I believe you told us to ignore. (I.e. it was trying to deliver to eg1eng@... but the correct address was EG1ENG.)
