Help with some commands

I have a new computer now and was unable to recover my old notes on
how to use the listserver (especially after the changes). I've been
trying to remember how to use the 'who' command to tell me the topics
people are subscribed to. Also, I want to make sure I'm using the
proper command to set my players to 'player' status. Can someone help
me?

If you look at the archives (should be available from the listowners
page), under the messages that say README!, you should find it. It's
within the last couple of days.
