It's even more screwed up then you think. I think part of the problem is on my end. I've recently changed systems, briefly tried Outlook, and decided to stick with the devil I knew. Netscape is giving me some problems with mail, notably not allowing outgoing messages. Incoming works fine, as do mailings via Outlook. On Sunday or Monday, once the SC primary is over and I'm no longer an active volunteer, I'll take a few hours to get to the bottom of it. Oddly, as far as I can tell, mostly my messages bounce.
