It's doing it again today... it wasn't this morning, which means some
people who got bounce notifications last night managed to sign back up
again, only to get booted *again* with the next post.  

Naturally, there's nothing on Hotmail's home page about this... what,
Microsoft admit there's a problem?  *That's* gonna happen.

Guess I'll put something on our home page, instead.
