Since as long as stuff is small it makes it out, I've got a dummy web page up on the main page, small enough to be served. Navbar appears to be showing (although that might just be the proxy at work; sometimes it's hard to get it to pull a new copy instead of the cached one), so some stuff will get out. The problem seems to be upstream (and not just us), so a ticket has been opened with our provider.
