Netscape.net's mail is handled by AOL servers. I know they used to be a tad unreliable, but I don't recall seeing problems out of them for some time. The main problem seemed to be that iname periodically forgot its list of domains and started claiming it was a relay. I haven't seen AOL do that. Hotmail is the only completely unreliable server I've seen lately. The others (chiefly Yahoo and sometimes iname-served ones) have occasional delays, but no rejections. (The delays could conceivably be up to four days or whatever our timeout is (Carl?), though.
