I'm noticing tonight that there were time periods today when virtually nothing in Europe, and a lot of NorAm stuff, was accepting mail. No, we can tell *something* is (was?) happening out there somewhere. I can see delays in hunting up a web address, sometimes even here in the States... it may take two or three tries to get through. At least, that's what it was doing this morning. Hopefully it's stopped by now. But it's not just the Phoenyx itself, at least.
