I've written a quick-and-dirty process flow for how game proposals are
handled in Jitterbug... when to move things to what folders.  When I get a
more detailed process flow for how the game is actually evaluated, I'll

I've added a feature to Jitterbug's mail filter so that any mail with a
subject line containing [category] gets filtered into the appropriate
folder...

Subject: Your GM's gone AWOL [fantasy]

...gets filtered into the game1_fantasy folder automatically.  This is
handy when you have notes you want to drop into a folder, but dislike
having to manually move things from _inbox all the time.
