Ack.  If I ever write my own trouble-ticket system, remind me to lock
people out of modifying a ticket while someone is writing email for it.
Martin moved Tim's ticket out of the folder it was in while I was writing
email and jbug couldn't find the ticket when I sent the mail.  Mail was
successfully sent, but it wasn't recorded in the ticket.

(Jbug is odd... it doesn't lock individual tickets or even the files it's
writing to.  When it wants to modify a file, it locks the *entire* ticket
system, so only one file can be modified at a time and other processes
will pause if they try to make any changes at the same time.)

I explained to him what PBeM roleplaying is and pointed him to a choice
spot in Rumors to read in the archives.  Hopefully he figures things out.
