[Ed] Setting up lists, game2_followup.

Cool, added another game today, this one approved by Mike. I've just set
up the list.

Note: Passwords have to be at least *six* characters or the password tool
rejects them.

Mike, I sent the GM email with a new password, so that's taken care of.

When you move something into game2_followup, you probably want to add your
own ID to the Notification list. I'm the only one that gets notifications
on the game2_followup folder, so the only way you'll see that your ticket
has been changed is to add yourself to its notification list. (Mike, I've
done that for the projecthades ticket.)

It might be a good idea to send the GM an "accepted" note, with indication
that the list will be set up shortly. I'm afraid getting a long list of
instructions that won't work right away may be confusing.

Okay... in light of all the above, I've updated the "proposal flow" page
off the editor's page (you all have that bookmarked, right?) Take a look
at it, specifically the "what to do when you've approved a game" section,
and let me know what you think.

When we get Firehawk 2.0, where list creation can be done *only* on the
web, it'll all fall into your laps and I won't have to get involved.

Actually, I think the majordomo will allow creation commands.
That's not done yet, though. But the web will be much easier.

Great.

Sorry, didn't know that.

I meant to do that, but I forgot.

I did modify the "accepted" letter to let him know that it would be
some (unspecified) amount of time before the instructions would work.

I'll take a look at it shortly and let you know what I think.
