Last week detailed a lot of "shop talk" about the workings internally of the Phoenyx (the combustion and the ovarian functions, at least) as well as a brief digression into the uniting force: hunger...well, actually, it's solution: food. What is the Phoenyx idea of "customer service" and how do we handle the touchy situations? * Phoenyx graphics, logos, web design. Where are we at with this? * Newsletter contents and frequency.
