This is happening on double-nested MIME messages, which the software presently throws up its hands in despair over. Messily, obviously. We're looking at replacing the MIME-handling libraries, so that it at least fails gracefully on stuff it can't figure out, but that won't happen until we switch to the new Perl version, and we have to make sure that won't blow everything *else* up.
