[Ed] List setup...

When you have a list ready to set up, you need to send me email telling me
so. I don't watch all the tracking notifications closely enough to catch
these. (I see *all* notifications, so I don't always notice when it's
something that's dropped in one of my folders.)

For what it's worth, Karen and I have pretty much decided that we either
need to do some major hacking on jbug or just write our own ticket system
customized to our needs. I think I'm going to do the latter, but I have
no idea when that will happen.

Oops. Sorry about that.

My only excuse is that the AlbaCon Art Show ate my brain. But the
con's over and now all we have to do is reconcile the sales and tell
treasury what checks to send to the artists.

That should be easy. Right?

Sure. I was involved with one con on the periphery. We looked at
starting another ourselves. Cons are a lot of work. It's kind of like
church, except church never ends... it just has periods of relative
inactivity.
