He can send five billion emails, but none of them count until he's a
*subscriber*. (Also, if he sends emails, *then* subscribes, he still
has to start over. The system doesn't keep statistics on non-
subscribers.)
Most likely, he needs to set his posting address up as an alternate
to his subscribing address. should do it.
You have to watch *all* the reasons they're being moderated. The
first one is usually the most important.
