MGR: Advertising a game

My game is open to new people. I think I missed the part of the help
files that tell me how to turn on the advertising light here, so to
speak.

Can anyone help me set this up so that it does what its supposed to?

To get fully "activated," you have to meet the three criteria outlined in
the introductory document, then email me (preferably replying to the
introductory document, so the reply goes into the trouble-ticket system
and gets attached to the existing ticket).

The three criteria are:

Join managers:
   Check.
Put the navbar on your main web page:
   I'm not sure here.
Enter a good description in the list settings page:
You entered something, but it needs work.

Having the navbar on your lists main page, not just the top Phoenyx page,
but any page that someone is likely to encounter first, is a requirement.
If you're going to send people here...
   http://www.phoenyx.net/windsofdesire/files/safirephoenix.html ...first,
to the place that describes your game, you need the navbar on that page as
well. And even if you expect users to start at the default top page,
having the navbar on the "main" page is a good idea. The navbar ties your
site into the Phoenyx and provides proper recognition and tools to players
in your game. (We have a new, improved navbar in the works.)

The descriptions on your list settings page are what are used in the
games listing... they need to be of sufficient detail and quality. Check
out the listing, http://www.phoenyx.net/pbemlist.html , for a sampling of
existing game descriptions. This is your advertising blurb, so don't
short-change it.

Deal with those issues and let me know when they're done and I'll get your
game "activated". Same for anybody who's still waiting for activation...
you'll get a much faster response if you tell me when you're ready instead
of waiting for me to check up on you. Thanks for making my job easier.
