MGR: Game Request Form odfleet (PR#1338)

I'm getting a brain block on this one... anybody want to tell me why I should
accept or reject this application? (Other than their web page seems broken.)

I know Trek physics isn't that realistic, but that seems too far
out....

Couple of typos there (we'll ignore the neologism) may be an
indication of sloppiniess. But English may not be his first language.

He doesn't state whether or not these are on-line games.

I would ask him a bit more about the games he's played in, in
particular what frustrated him about the 'mechanics'.

I'm a little worried that he played in some games for a few months and did
not want to play to someone elses rules. Did he dump those other games? He
seems like kind of a loose cannon to me.

Just my 2 cents. I could be in a grump mood.
