MGR: Ack! Kalyr is bouncing one of my players!!

One of my players's emails are bouncing. :(

The Phoenyx reply he's getting is as follows:

A sent the robot a "who kalyr" to make sure it wasn't an alternate,
and it replied thusly:

The only difference seems to be the capitalisation.  Is this a bug?
