We're testing whitelisting on the Fudge List (which gets spammed about three times a MINUTE); if all goes well we'll implement it sitewide, which means no more approval requests for spam emails (for the record, the Phoenyx identifies about 90-95% of those spams, so what you see are only the ones it's uncertain about... so you're only seeing the tip of the iceberg in the spam the Phoenyx gets).
