MGR: Spamcop II

Our upstream provider emailed Spamcop, who failed to explain why we were
put on the list in the first place, and we're off.  Woo.

And SpamCop apparently totally ignored my message to them.

What's funny is on their "how do I get removed" page, they say, "You
can't... you have to wait 48 hours to be auto-removed if nobody has
reported any more spam."  Except that's not true... they manually remove
people regularly, they just don't want to let you know that up front.
