Or something. We've got upgraded firmware on the router, and we're not sure if it's wacky or if it's a problem with our upstream (which generally Just Does Not Happen). Mail's pretty resilient, so it's eventually going through both directions, but web access may be spotty. At least, outbound access certainly is, and an unscientific look at the web logs seems to back it up. Hopefully we'll know more in the morning.
