The new Phoenyx will have the mailing list content available in web forum 
format, a much more accessible format than the current archives. Should 
the Phoenyx front page look like a typical web forum site, or should it 
have something else up front (don't even suggest a pretty-but-pointless 
splash page... I mean actual content) and have the web forums available 
deeper in?
