This is a major release, or at least a major pre-release. Once the hopefully-minor bugs are out of it, we can move the remaining lists over, which further means we can move everything to the new server. Mailboxes are nearly working, but are commented out in this release. This is where all the features you'd expect to see in an actual web-reading system are (the ability to mark things read, select cats/groups/topics with unread posts, things like that) - until then, it's still a web archive that you happen to be able to reply from.
