Netiquette

It occurred to me, Andrew, that you're from Celandra (er, the group, not
the imaginary place for which it's named...), which is one of my Poster
Children For Bad Conversions when it comes to the web forum. Celandra is
one of the lists rife with top-posting, untrimmed quotes, and suchlike.
It's not going to have a usable web forum under those conditions.

Here's a sample of what's going to happen:

Having to scroll through the turn after every reply is going to put off
web readers. (Anybody care to count the number of times the turn is
repeated there? I didn't actually.)
