Of course, shortly thereafter I found the my copy of the installation .zip file, but by then I'd already done all my customization. As is usual, the problem was Unix permissions. For some reason, Carl won't let me just chmod -R 0777 * from the root directory, nor run Apache as root. I keep telling him it would solve all my permissions problems... -- Karen J.
